This role requires strong communication skills and a solid grasp of digital marketing and social media management. No prior experience is needed—just a passion for learning and a proactive approach.

Responsibilities:

• Client Support:

• Respond promptly to client inquiries via live chat, email, phone, and social media.
• Provide comprehensive support on web design, creative design, and Google Ads products.
• Document client interactions, ensuring accurate records of support requests and resolutions.

• Social Media Management:

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance our brand presence across social media platforms.
  • Manage and monitor our business profiles on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms.
  • Create engaging content, curate posts, and schedule updates to maximize audience engagement.
  • Analyze social media metrics and generate reports to track performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in social media marketing.

Prerequisites:

• Strong understanding of web design, creative design, Google Ads, and digital marketing principles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in using social media management tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer.
• Basic knowledge of SEO practices.
• Must have access to a laptop/computer and reliable internet connection.
